Emergency Lockouts: common questions
In the large majority of residential lockouts, yes. Standard cylinders, deadlatches and most deadbolts can be picked or bypassed by a trained technician. High security cylinders sometimes need a different approach, and we will explain the options and costs before deciding anything.
Yes. Tell us on the phone if a child, an elderly person or a pet is inside, or if something is cooking. Those jobs move to the front of the queue. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 000 first, then call us.
Yes, as long as you can show ID with the address, or your lease. We open the door, and if a lock is damaged we can coordinate the repair directly with your property manager.
