If it is genuinely needed we tell you before it happens, and we fit a quality replacement on the spot so your home is never left unsecured overnight.
You get a price range on the phone based on what you describe, then a fixed price on site once we have seen the job, before any work starts. The price we agree is the price you pay. No after hours surcharges added at the end, no "it turned out to be harder" extras. Rekey, in most cases. Rekeying changes the pins inside your existing locks so every old key stops working, at a fraction of the cost of new hardware. We only recommend replacement when the existing locks are worn, low quality or do not meet your insurance requirements, and we will show you the difference on the spot.
