Car Keys & Remotes: common questions
We cover most common makes and models on the road in Australia. A small number of late model vehicles, particularly some European brands, require dealer level coding. We will tell you on the phone whether we can do yours before anyone comes out.
When we program a new key we can usually remove lost keys from the car's memory, so the old key will no longer start the engine. Ask us to do this if your keys were stolen or lost somewhere public.
In most cases, yes, and it is almost always faster because there is no tow and no waiting for a key to be ordered. You get a firm price once we know the vehicle.
