Quotes and pricing
You receive a price range on the phone based on what you describe, and a fixed price on arrival before any work starts. The agreed price is the price you pay.
Identification
Before opening any property or vehicle we sight photo ID and reasonable proof of ownership or residency. This protects you; we will not open doors for people who cannot show they belong behind them.
Workmanship
We warrant our workmanship. If a lock we fitted or repaired fails because of how it was installed, we return and fix it. Hardware carries its manufacturer warranty, which we pass on in full.
Non destructive entry
We attempt non destructive entry first on every lockout. Where a lock must be drilled, we tell you before starting and fit a replacement so you are never left unsecured.
What is not covered
Damage caused by forced entry attempts made before we arrived, misuse, or modification of hardware by others after installation.
