Keys sitting on the seat, a child or pet inside, or a remote that has given up in a dark car park. We come to wherever the car is and open it with purpose made automotive tools that work through the door seal, so there is no forcing, no scratched paint and no broken window. Most cars are open within minutes of us arriving. If the key itself is lost or broken, we can cut and program a new one on the spot from the van.

Car Lockouts: common questions
Entry through the seal does not damage the wiring, the paint or the window. Some alarms will sound when the door opens, which is normal, and they stop as soon as the key is back in hand.
Tell us straight away and that job goes to the top of the list. On a hot day, if the child or animal is distressed, call 000 first. Emergency services will break a window if they need to, and that is the right call.
Yes. We open most passenger cars, 4WDs, utes and commercial vans. If a particular late model vehicle needs a specialist approach we will tell you on the phone, before anyone drives out.
